• You will need to travel to our pick-up location at 26 Kings Hill Avenue, Kings Hill, West Malling, Maidstone, Kent, ME19 4AE, United Kingdom at a time appointed to collect your test.
• One test per person only. Passengers must come in person and present identification at the time of pickup.
• Only book this test if you are able to attend the appointment in person.
• A booking is required to attend site for a pick-up.
• If you are already outside the UK or require a passenger locator number immediately, please click on this link to book our standard test which will be sent to your home by post.  (NB: With our home delivered tests, Passenger Locator Form details are issued immediately you book online).

• I understand that this test must be ordered and collected before leaving the UK; I must be in the UK to book this test.
• I understand that Passenger Locator Form Number will be provided when test is collected.
• I understand that I am required to attend the location in person and that I must present valid identification.
• I understand and agree that a refund will not be issued if I am unable to attend the appointment.
• I understand and accept that late appointments will not be served.
